ICL is better than IPL (?)

Now that the IPL has reached the halfway mark, I did a little comparison of ICL and IPL to analyze what both of them really offer. Here is my take on the top ten reasons why ICL is better than IPL.

1. ICL gives upcoming Indian players a REAL chance. IPL relies on star power that is borrowed from anywhere.

2. All ICL teams are evenly balanced. Deccan Chargers and Royal Challengers (?) of the IPL would surely agree.

3. There was genuine talent on display in ICL. IPL displays its owners more.

4. Timings of all ICL games were civilized. IPL games destroyed peoples private lives ! :)

5. ICL has a good management board. IPL has good cheerleaders (is that a +) ?

6. ICL has Abdul Razzak and almost the entire Pakistan team. IPL has Harbajjan.

7. You don't get sacked for losing games in ICL. Hello Mr.Whats his name Mallaya are you listening?

8. ICL gave a diamond studded ball to the best bowler. IPL gives a purple colored cap :) (at least for now).

9. ICL teams stay together in ONE hotel. Fringe (read: Young Indian) players are asked to vacate the hotel midway. *GASP*

10. ICL has Kapil Dev.
